            CYBIT WINS #1MILLION CYPRIOT FISHERIES MONITORING CONTRACT

Cybit Holdings Plc ("Cybit"), the UK's leading online Telematics Service 
Provider, today announces that its marine telematics division, BlueFinger, 
has been awarded a contract worth c.#1m to provide key elements of a GPS based
fisheries management system to the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research 
in Cyprus.

The system will provide low cost, web based monitoring of smaller fishing boats
operating within the Cypriot fishing industry. It will assist the Department of
Fisheries to manage its fishing grounds to ensure long term sustainability.
Cybit's tracking system will provide detailed information on the whereabouts of
fishing boats and their activity. The system will monitor 500 licensed fishing
boats of less than 15m operating in Cypriot waters. It will be used to provide
accurate GPS positioning for each vessel to monitor vessel behaviour and to
ensure that no unlicensed vessels are operating in the Cypriot coastal
fisheries.
