Cybit Holdings Plc has received an application from Indigo Limited to exercise
657,391 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") at an
exercise price of 38.33p per share. The holding of Indigo Limited following this
exercise will be 1,735,147 ordinary shares of 5 p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), representing 7.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.



The New Shares will be issued and allotted and they will rank pari passu with
the existing Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the New Shares to be
admitted to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 17 December 2007.



The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of
warrants will be 23,871,768.
