                  CYBIT SCORES WITH CLUTCH OF NEW BUSINESS WINS

Cybit Holdings Plc ("Cybit"), the innovative Telematics service provider, today
announces a clutch of new business wins, contract renewals and contract 
extensions with customers across all three of its key market sectors. In
aggregate the contracts are worth �1.2 million.

In the service sector, Cybit has won new long-term contracts for its Fleetstar-
Online solution with Colas, the utility and infrastructure services group and 
A-one+, a Halcrow, Colas and Costain joint venture involved in highway
maintenance in the North West. The Colas contract is for 450 units and A-one+ 
is taking 122 units.

In the logistics and distribution sector, existing client Food Partners, the
leading supplier of fresh sandwiches for contract caterers, coffee shops and the
travel sector has extended its contract for Cybit's asset locator solution.
Beyond the contract extension it has ordered a further 75 units which has grown
the number of units it is using to 224.

In the government sector, local authority Argyll and Bute District Council has
agreed to extend its contract with Cybit's government and utilities division and
is taking a further 120 vehicle tracking units.

Cybit's solutions enable companies and local authorities to track their vehicles
and mobile workforces, which helps them to enhance utilisation, improve
efficiencies and ultimately cut costs.
