                           CYBIT NEW BUSINESS UPDATE


Cybit Holdings Plc ("Cybit"), the innovative Telematics service provider, today
announces a host of contract renewals, extensions and new business wins. The
aggregate value of these new contracts for its Fleetstar Vehicle Tracking System
is in excess of �1.2 million.

Fleetstar-Online is Cybit's Internet-based telematics solution offering anytime,
anywhere access to the system via the web. The system enables customers to see
the exact location, journey history and speed of every vehicle in their fleet.
This helps to reduce unnecessary and duplicate journeys enabling firms to reduce
fuel usage and lower operating costs, providing a cost-effective fleet
management system.

  * Existing client Sainsbury's Online Groceries has extended its Fleetstar
    vehicle tracking system and has renewed its contract for 515 units.

  * May Gurney, the integrated construction and support services company has
    expanded its contract, by a further 250 units, bringing the total deployment
    to over 900 units.

  * SIG plc, an international supplier of insulation, roofing, commercial
    interiors and specialist construction and safety products has extended it's
    use of Fleetstar into a further 180 vehicles taking the total installed
    fleet to circa 1,150 units.

  * SPI Limited, a major building services organisation has renewed and
    expanded its contract with Cybit for 200 units.

  * New contracts with building services solutions company Specific Heat
    limited and LWC Limited, the UK's largest drinks distributor.
