Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Company announces that Hawkpoint Partners Limited has resigned as nominated adviser to the Company (such resignation having taken immediate effect).

Given that the Company anticipates that it will be entering into administration later this week, and that trading in its shares on AIM has already been suspended, the Company does not intend to appoint a replacement nominated adviser. The Company will liaise with the London Stock Exchange as to the date on which the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
