DICOM Expands Its Executive Management Structure with the Addition of a General Counsel

appointment of Bradford Weller as the company�s general counsel,
executive vice president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary.
Weller will be responsible for managing all of the company�s legal
affairs, overseeing the work of all in-house attorneys and external
law firms, and ensuring the use of best practices in the company�s
corporate governance. �Brad has a demonstrated track record of
success as an attorney and as a general counsel in publicly held

solutions prior to its acquisition by EMC. Mr. Weller�s experience
also includes having worked as general counsel within the
telecommunications industry at Wireless Facilities, and at Mosaix,
a provider of workflow and call management solutions prior to its
acquisition by Lucent Technologies. �My previous experience
