Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc

On 22nd July 2002 the company announced that its unaudited net asset value as at
30th June 2002 was 223.3p per Ordinary Share.

The Company announces that its projected final net asset vale as at 31st October
2003 is 241.6p per Ordinary Share, assuming 100% of current bonus rates, and
226.5p, assuming 80% of current bonus rates.
