Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc announces

that on 16th August 2002 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

50,000 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.16% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 193p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 50,000

Ordinary Shares is due on 21st August 2002 when

the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 29,460,248 Ordinary

10p Shares.
