   Dealings by Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
                                  ("PDMR's").



The Company has been informed that Weswa B.V, owned by Yvonne Swaans, Chief
Executive Officer and Richard Westerhuis, Chief Strategic Officer, has purchased
520,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 January 2008 at
a price of 37.78 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Weswa BV has an interest of 118,216,324
Ordinary Shares representing 75.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
