    Dealings by Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR's").


    Direct Wonen has been informed that Weswa B.V, owned by Yvonne Swaans, Chief Executive Officer and Richard Westerhuis, Chief Strategic
Officer, has purchased 1,572,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 May 2008 at a price of 48.5 pence per Ordinary
Share.

    Following the above transaction, Weswa B.V has an interest of 124,141,824 Ordinary Shares representing 78.87% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
