Delta Board Changes 
Delta plc ("Delta") today announces changes to the composition of its Board as a 
result of the successful recommended offer by Valmont Group Pty Ltd for the 
entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Delta. 
Steve Marshall (Chairman), Andrew Walker, Mark Lejman and Paul Gismondi have 
resigned as Non-Executive Directors of Delta with effect from 13 May 2010.  The 
Board and the Group thank them for the guidance they have given to Delta and 
appreciate the considerable effort they have put into taking Delta forward. 
Terry McClain and Robert Meaney are appointed as Directors of Delta with effect 
from 13 May 2010, and will join Todd Atkinson and Jon Kempster, who remain on 
the Board and in their executive capacities. 
There are no details to disclose under paragraphs 9.6.13R(1) to (6) of the 
Listing Rules in respect of the Directors appointed to the Board.
