Deferred consideration on Bromborough site sale

The Board of D1 Oils plc today announces that it has today received the deferred consideration of approximately GBP0.4 million due in respect of the sale of the Bromborough refining site, which was completed on 2 July 2010.

As announced at the time, GBP0.4 million of the consideration for the site was deferred pending a recovery of VAT by the purchaser. The purchaser has now recovered this amount and settled the deferred consideration.
