RESULT OF GENERAL AND CLASS MEETINGS

At the general and class meetings of Eastbridge Investments Plc held today all resolutions proposed, ratifying the previous change in the par value of the Company's ordinary shares, were passed. Accordingly, the non-binding heads of terms with Privilege Wealth PLC, referred to in the Company's announcement on 21 June 2016 is terminated.

As announced on 21 June, warrants to subscribe for 1.5 billion shares and a floating 3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company issued to Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited (the Company's brokers) and warrants to subscribe for 8.5 billion shares issued to Helix Investment Management SLP have been cancelled with immediate effect. Steven Hodgetts, a nominee Director of Helix Investment Management SLP, has today resigned as a director of the Company.
