                    Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

European Business Jets Plc (TIDM: EBJ) announces that the Company has today
posted notice ("Notice") of an Extraordinary General Meeting to shareholders of
the Company to be held at 1 Berkeley Street London W1J 8BL on Tuesday 6 March
2007 at 4:30pm to consider whether and, and if so what, steps should be taken to
deal with the situation of the net assets of the Company being one half or less
of its called up share capital.
