March 2007 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of #0.001 each of the Company at a price of
#0.0140 and on 15 March 2007 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of #0.001 each of the
Company at a price of #0.0200   bringing his total holding to 15,750,000 giving
him 7.10% of the Company's total voting rights.
