March 2007 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of the company at a price of #0.0217 per
share and on 26 March 2007 6,000,000 Ordinary shares at a price of #0.0187 per
share bringing his total holding to 22,750,000 shares giving him 10.26% of the
company's total voting rights.
