Director's Dealing

Accounts in respect of which Warren McLeland, a Director of the Company, is the beneficial owner, today sold an aggregate of 50,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company for nil consideration to another account in respect of which Warren McLeland is the beneficial owner.

Following these transactions, Mr McLeland's beneficial interest in the capital of the Company remains unchanged at 50,000 Ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.28 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary share capital.
