Annual report & financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2015

The Directors are pleased to attach the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2015.

The Directors recommend, for shareholder approval at this year's annual general meeting on 6 August 2015, dividends of 7p per G Share and 7p per I Share, such dividends to be paid on 6 November 2015 to all holders of G Shares and I Shares, respectively, who are on the Company's register of members as at close of business on 23 October 2015.
