    Payment of Additional Deferred Consideration

    Ekay plc, a leading regional advertising and marketing agency, today announces that pursuant to the Acquisition of WFCA announced on 14
March 2008, which completed on 4 April 2008, the Company has paid �428,731 of additional deferred consideration to the Vendors. As per the
terms of Acquisition Agreement the additional consideration was paid following the utilisation of certain tax credits that have become
available to WFCA and in respect of the Net Asset Value of WFCA as at 4th April exceeding �500,000.
