Transaction in own shares 
 
 
EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces that yesterday the Company bought back 
2,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.5 pence 
per share. These shares will be cancelled. 
 
 
Following cancellation, the company will have 303,257,733 ordinary shares in
