                             Grant of share options


On 19 October 2006, Equity Special Situations Limited ("the Company") granted
options to members of its Advisory Panel over a total of 105,000 Ordinary Shares
under the terms of the Company's Share Option Scheme. The options are
exercisable at 175 pence per Ordinary Share between 19 April 2007 and 19 October
2016. The options were granted to the following members of the Advisory Panel:
