Directors' shareholdings


The Company has today been informed of the sale, by the Trustees of the Ensor
Group Pension Fund ("Fund") on 7 October 2003, of 500,000 10p ordinary shares
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 19 pence per share.

As a result, the non-beneficial interests of the following directors, which are
held jointly in their capacity as trustees of the Fund, have each been reduced
by 500,000 to the following amounts:

Kenneth Arthur Harrison      165,016 Ordinary Shares, which is approximately
                             0.56 per cent. of the issued share capital of the 
                             Company

Brian Morgan                 165,016 Ordinary Shares, which is approximately 
                             0.56 per cent. of the issued share capital of the 
                             Company

There is no change to the beneficial holdings of either of the above directors.
