Enhanced Systems Technologies Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (previously Wasabi Energy Limited), advises that it has issued 4,300,000 ordinary shares to the Indemnified Parties in relation to the China Shiny Loan under the Deed of Company Arrangement and as recently approved at the shareholders meeting.

A further 15 ordinary shares were also issued.

Application has been made for the total amount of 4,300,015 Ordinary Shares issued to be admitted to trading on the AIM market and admission is expected to take place on 16 June 2014.
