Entravision Communications Corporation Completes Installation and Testing Of Its KBZO Signal Upgrade LUBBOCK, Texas, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Entravision Communications Corporation announced today that it has completed the installation and testing of its KBZO, Channel 51 television signal power upgrade. The signal upgrade provides an increased signal coverage contour which allows the station's top-rated Univision Spanish-language programming to reach thousands more Hispanic viewers in communities surrounding the Lubbock market, such as Plainview, Levelland and Tahoka. KBZO's new Andrews antenna was installed on the South Lubbock tower, owned by American Tower Corporation, at the six hundred foot level. The station's new solid-state transmitter was also installed in a newly constructed building built specifically for KBZO, Channel 51. KBZO, Channel 51 is an affiliate of Univision, the leading Spanish-language television network in the United States. Univision and has been broadcasting its 24-hour, Spanish-language television programming since 1993.
