          Distinguished Banker Appointed to the Board of Europe Vision

Europe Vision, the AIM listed studio-to-screen European media company, announces
that Gianluca de Francisci has joined the Board as non-Executive Director with
immediate effect. He replaces Borje Sven Fors who has resigned as non-Executive
Director pursuant to the relocation of the administration headquarters from
Stockholm to London.

Mr. de Francisci joins the Company after a distinguished career in banking and
financial services that ranges from managing private client trust funds with
Petschek Holdings to fund management with Prudential Bache and GCIC, (including
commodities dealing) and merchant banking with Finserco.

Commenting on Mr. de Francisci's appointment Europe Vision's Chairman, David
Lowe, said: "We are delighted to welcome Gianluca to the Board. His
long-standing expertise in banking and finance will be of great value to the
Company and have an important influence on its growth."

Europe Vision's strategy is to develop a portfolio of pay-per-view, free-to-air
or syndicated television outlets, cinema assets and new media delivery services
- such as video-on-demand.

The Company is in the process of acquiring and creating a series of media
outlets which can be moulded to become a self standing single distribution
structure. Mr. de Francisci's expertise is expected to be valuable in this
process.

Talking about his new appointment Mr. de Francisci said: "I am excited to be
involved with this company at such an early - and crucial - stage of its
development. I look forward to playing my part in the Company's growth."
