Fastnet Oil and Gas Plc has today been informed by Predator Oil and Gas Ventures Limited ("Predator"), formerly Pan Maghreb Oil & Gas Limited, that it purchased 1,050,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 June 2015. Predator now holds a total of [17,308,080] Ordinary Shares representing 5.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
