855,232 of these shares are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund
Managers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on a
discretionary basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other
discretionary clients.

13. Additional information:

The denominator used in calculating the percentage holdings is 5,012,125 TVR as
reported in the company's announcement dated 31 July 2007. The FSA rules in DTR
5 require us to use the TVR figure from the previous month end rather than a
current figure for making these calculations. In this instance the TVR figure
does not include the 600,000 shares admitted to trading on 13th August.


However, the number of voting rights held included in this report does include
some of the shares that were admitted to trading on 13th August. If we had
calculated the holdings using a current TVR of 5,612,125 our holding would have
been 19.08%.
