                             Director Shareholdings





The Company announces that it has today been informed that Mr Paul Fullagar, the
Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share today,
2 April 2008.  Following this purchase, Mr Fullagar has a total beneficial and
non-beneficial holding of 6,900,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.52 per
cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
