    Dividend
    As previously announced and in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the shareholders of FKI plc ("FKI") on 28 May 2008
(the "Scheme"), FKI has today declared a dividend in relation to the period from 1 October 2007 to 31 March 2008 of 3 pence per FKI Share,
conditional upon the Scheme becoming effective. 
    It is currently expected that the Effective Date of the Scheme will be 1 July 2008 and therefore the dividend will be payable within 14
days of the Effective Date, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme, to FKI Shareholders registered as such at 5.30 p.m. (London time) on
27 June 2008. 
    FKI Shares will be treated as being ex-dividend on 8.00 a.m. on Monday 30 June 2008. 
    Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the Scheme Document dated 1 May 2008.
