FINDERS RESOURCES LTD

On market purchase of shares by Director

Finders Resources Ltd ("Finders", AIM & ASX ticker FND) was today
advised by Mr. Russell Fountain, a Director of Finders, that:

i)        Exsolutions Pty Ltd, an entity controlled by Mr. Fountain,
has purchased 100,000 ordinary fully paid shares in Finders;
ii)       These shares were purchased on market;
iii)     These on market purchases were made during the period 29
February 2008 to 4 March 2008;
iv)     Consideration totalled AUD 99,827.39, excluding brokerage;
and
v)      The number of securities held by Mr. Fountain after this
change are:

Exsolutions Pty Ltd direct

5,381,202 ordinary fully paid shares. (All of these ordinary fully
paid shares are restricted, in accordance with Appendix 9A of the ASX
Listing Rules, to 22 March 2008).

Exsolutions Pty Ltd as trustee for the Exsolutions Superannuation
Fund

a)      466,667 ordinary fully paid shares. (84,849 of these ordinary
fully paid shares are restricted, in accordance with Appendix 9A of
the ASX Listing Rules, to 22 March 2008); and
b)      133,333 options, each to acquire one ordinary fully paid
share for an exercise price of 50 cents each expiring 20 March 2009.
(All of these options are restricted, in accordance with Appendix 9A
of the ASX Listing Rules, to 20 March 2008).
