As required by ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Finders Resources Limited
confirms that the following securities are due to be released from
ASX imposed escrow:

*          400,933 options, each to acquire one ordinary fully paid
  share, on 20 March 2008;
*          1,322,881 options, each to acquire one ordinary fully paid
  share, on 22 March 2008; and
*          17,955,761 ordinary fully paid shares on 22 March 2008.

Subject to approval by ASX Limited and as soon as practicable,
Finders Resources Limited will apply for quotation of these
17,955,761 ordinary fully paid shares.
