Purchase of shares by Directors through Share Purchase Plan

Following are details of ordinary fully paid shares acquired by
Directors (including that Director's associate or related entity) of
Finders Resources Limited (Company) with the same terms offered to
all the Company's shareholders in accordance with the share purchase
plan announced to AIM on 15 September 2008.  These shares were issued
and allotted, along shares acquired by other shareholders under the
share purchase plan on 9 October 2008.
