Re: Release of Restricted Securities from Escrow 
 
We confirm that the following restricted securities are due for 
release from Australian Securities Exchange imposed escrow: 
 
 
  * 181,818 fully paid ordinary shares on 8 June 2009; and 
  *  500,000 options on 13 June 2009, each to acquire one fully paid 
    ordinary share for an exercise price of 68.75 cents and expiring 
    13 June 2010. 
 
 
The Australian Securities Exchange has provided approval for these 
securities to be released from escrow and they will be released on, 
or soon after, 8 June 2009 and 13 June 2009 respectively. 
 
Finders Resources Limited will apply for quotation of the 181,818 
shares as soon as practical after release from escrow. The 500,000 
options will remain unquoted.
