    The Company announces that it has received notification that Geoff Dallimore, a director of the Company, has acquired 25,000 ordinary
shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.75p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Geoff Dallimore holds 314,500
Ordinary Shares representing 1.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
