In pursuance of article 81 item 1 paragraph 2 of the Public Trading of
Securities Act of August 21st 1997 (Official Journal No. 118 item 754, as
amended) the Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. ( further referred
to as the "TP S.A.") hereby informs that it provided France Telecom with the
selected financial data in respect of revenue of the Capital Group of
Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. prepared in accordance with the French Accounting
Standards. Also enclosed are selected operating data concerning activity of the
TPSA Capital Group.

It is estimated that the mobile market share of PTK Centertel in respect of the
total number of subscribers as at 30 June 2002 accounted for 30.7% (whereas the
same figure for 30 June 2001 accounted for 24.7%). As regards new subscribers,
acquired in the period from 1 st January 2002 to 30 June 2002, the market share
of PTK Centertel in this segment accounts for 49% (net increment).
