Drawdown on Convertible Note 
 
Forte  Energy NL ("Forte" or "the Company") (AIM: FTE), advises that it has today drawn down GBP25,000  under 
the convertible loan facility with DJ Family Trust ("DJFT") which was revised on 19 February 2016. 
 
Under the revised agreement, the total funds available under the facility is GBP500,000. Today's drawdown  of 
GBP25,000  brings the total amount drawn down so far to GBP100,000, leaving a balance of GBP400,000 available  for 
future drawdowns. 
 
The  Company is continuing work with its advisors to finalise a notice of meeting for shareholders and  the 
AIM admission document for the proposed reverse takeover by BOS GLOBAL Limited ("BGL").
