The Company announces that, as a result of the earlier announced proposed cancellation of the FXI shares to trading on AIM:

- The Company has accepted Peel Hunt LLP's resignation from its position as the Company's joint broker.

   -      John Croft has given notice to resign as the Non-executive Chairman of the Company.
