                                 Sale of Shares


On the 8th June 2006, Griffin Two Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffin
Group Plc, disposed of 4,000,000 shares in Dovedale Ventures Plc ("Dovedale" or
the "Company"). Following the disposal Griffin Two Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Share Captial of the Company.
