9,898,429 shares of the outstanding 63,050,416 common shares and 7,387,799
warrants of the outstanding 19,046,910 warrants to subscribe for common stock in
the Company, representing 15.7% of the issued share capital and 38.8% of the
issued warrants respectively. The warrants are not voting securities unless they
are converted into shares of common stock.
