Posting of results and notice of AGM

Global Lock, the provider of security solutions to retailer stores and other organisations in P.R. China, announces that its annual report and financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2011 (the "Report and Accounts") has been posted to shareholders together with a notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM").

The Company will be holding its AGM at 4:30pm (China time) on 18 July 2012 (Wednesday) in the Conference Room on 19 Floor, Shenzhen Cadre Group Center Mansion, 168 Tongsha Road, Xili, Nanshan District, 518055 Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Copies of the Reports and Accounts and the AGM notice will be made available shortly from the Company's website, www.globallock.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
