GeoPark Limited ("GeoPark" or the "Company")

Share Purchase Programme

GeoPark announces that, following its announcement on 29 October 2013, the Company purchased 10,000 common shares of US$0.001 each in the Company (the "Shares") on 5 November 2013 at a price of 545 pence per share for the account of the GeoPark Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT").

Following this purchase the EBT holds 784,616 Shares representing 1.8% of the Company's current total voting rights.
