Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 15 February 2005 from Hermes
Administration Services Limited, informing it that Royal Mail Pensions Trustees
Limited and Possfund Custodian Trustee Ltd, have a holding of 1,037,135 ordinary
shares, representing 2.79% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Subsequently they no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.
