                         NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Goldshield Group plc (LSE: GSD), the marketing-led pharmaceutical company, will
be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March 2004 on
Tuesday 15 June 2004.

An analyst presentation will be held on the day of the announcement at 9:30am,
followed by a press briefing at 11:00am, at the offices of Buchanan
