Results of Redemption Proposals for EUR Shares and US$ Shares

The Board of Goldman Sachs Dynamic Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that acceptances of the Redemption Proposals for EUR Shares and US$ Shares have been received for:

-- 3,055,335 EUR Shares (approximately 42.7% of the issued EUR Shares); and

-- 40,649,280 US$ Shares (approximately 94.8% of the issued US$ Shares).

Those Redeemed Shares have an aggregate value (using the estimated net assets of the Company as at 7 June 2011 and prevailing spot currency exchange rates) of approximately US$92.2 million (or approximately 27.8% of the estimated net assets of the Company). As set out in the Circular dated 27 May 2011, a Redemption Portfolio will be created in respect of those Redeemed Shares.

An announcement clarifying the first NAV Calculation Date and first settlement date for Redeemed Shares will be made in due course.

A further announcement regarding the balance of EUR Shares and US$ Shares remaining in issue will be made shortly.
