Warrant Conversions


The Company announces that a total of 25,706 new ordinary 2.5p shares have been
issued allotted pursuant to the conversion by warrantholders of warrants in the
Company.

The warrantholder conversions took place on 22 July 2005 at 37.5p per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary 2.5p shares to be admitted to AIM
and trading is expected to commence shortly, bring the issued share capital of
the Company to 152,531,914.
