First Aid UK Acquisition



Further to the announcements made on 18th February 2005 and 29th July 2005,
under the terms of the acquisition of First Aid UK Ltd ("FAUK") the Company has
allotted 2,142,856 new Ordinary 2.5p Shares, as the final payment under the sale
and purchase agreement (of 28 June 2004), to the vendors of FAUK.



Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM,
bringing the issued share capital of the Company to 162,104,012.  The new shares
are expected to start trading on 31st January 2006.
