Further to the announcement made on 3 February 2006, the Firm Placing is now
complete. Accordingly 9,371,430 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company
were admitted to trading on AIM this morning.  Of these shares, Directors of the
Company or their connected persons subscribed for 4,142,858 at 14 pence per
share. The resulting holdings of the Directors are as follows:

As set out in the 3 February announcement, a further 14,914,287 ordinary shares
have been placed on a conditional basis.  The conditions include, inter alia,
the passing by shareholders at an EGM to be held on 28 February 2006 of a
resolution to give the Directors authority to disapply statutory pre-emption
rights on allotments of shares.
