Issue of Shares



Further to the Company's announcement on 29 September 2006, the Company has
issued 289,179 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to an outgoing
employee under contractual obligations, at a price of 3.29 pence per share.


Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading on 13 October 2006, bringing the issued
share capital of the Company to 202,888,203.
