Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC ("HCEG" or "the Company") received notification
on 2 March 2007, that following the placing and admission to AIM of 27,200,000
ordinary shares in the company, Hargreave Hale Limited and its subsidiaries have
indirect voting right interests in 16,913,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in
the Company, being approximately 5.6% of the enlarged issued ordinary share
capital of HCEG of 302,216,720 ordinary shares
