Issue of Equity


The Company announces that on Wednesday 5 December 2007 it issued 1,200,000 new
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in full and final settlement of �30,000 of
underwriting fees due to Headstart Global Fund Limited following the equity line
of credit finance agreement signed in September 2006. Application has been made
to the London Stock Exchange plc for these shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM with admission expected to occur on 10 January 2008.



The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue following the
additional listing will be 317,706,532.
